ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Those who are working toward a bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree, some college, qualifying HR certificate programme, high school diploma, or GED are required to have three years of experience in an HR role if they are enrolled in an HR-related programme, and four years of experience in an HR role if they are enrolled in a programme that is not related to HR.

One year of experience in a human resources-related function is necessary for those who hold a Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to HR, whereas two years of experience in HR are needed for those who hold a degree in a field other than HR.

Those who hold a graduate degree in a field connected to human resources are required to be employed in HR at the present time, whilst those who do not hold a degree in HR are only required to have one year of experience in the field.
